origin.9news.com Andrew Tuitele, of Centennial, Colorado, has earned 100% of the Cub Scout awards and achievements - just as the Boy Scouts of America is about to celebrate it's 100th birthday. Andrew completed 100% of Cub Scout and Webelos awards, for a total of 176 awards, including: including the Bobcat rank, Wolf rank and 19 arrows, Bear rank and 19 arrows; Webelos rank and all 20 activity badges; all 53 belt loops, all 53 Sports and Academic pins, and several other special awards, such as the World Conservation, Leave No Trace and Religious Knot awards.Andrew also earned the Arrow of Light, the highest honor in Cub Scouting. February 8, 2010 marks the 100 year birthday of the Boy Scouts of America.
